Our Factory
Our factory is equipped with 13 pipe production lines, capable of producing pipes with diameters up to 1,800 mm. Each line is equipped with extruders, molds, and cooling units. The testing area is equipped with a variety of testing equipment to test pipes for pressure resistance, burst resistance, shrinkage, stress cracking, tensile strength, and melt index, ensuring compliance with national standards.
Production Equipment
Our HDPE pipe production line includes key equipment such as the extruder, vacuum sizing tank, cooling water tank, haul-off machine, and cutter. Raw material is melted and formed through screw extrusion, sized by vacuum sizing, rapidly cooled by cooling water tank, conveyed by haul-off machine, and precisely cut to length by cutter. The entire production line supports continuous production of pipes of various diameters.
Products and Applications
We produce and sell over 20 series of pipe products, widely used in marine aquaculture, power engineering, agricultural irrigation, and municipal water supply and drainage.
For marine aquaculture, we provide circular floating cages and HDPE fish cage supports.
For power engineering, we produce high-performance MPP power pipes and PE power protection pipes for cable routing and telecommunication pipeline installation.
For agricultural irrigation, we offer PE irrigation pipes suitable for farmland water supply and sprinkler irrigation.
For municipal water supply, we supply HDPE water supply pipes, PVC water supply and drainage pipes, and PVC pipes specifically for freshwater transportation, meeting urban and rural water supply needs.
For municipal drainage, we offer HDPE double-wall corrugated pipes, steel-reinforced spiral pipes, spiral-wound structural wall pipes (Kra pipes), and PVC grating pipes for sewage and stormwater drainage.
For hot water and steam transportation, we offer insulated steel pipes suitable for long-distance heating pipelines.
For humid, rust-prone environments, we offer plastic-coated steel pipes and anti-corrosion square pipes to reduce corrosion.
For applications requiring high pressure, we offer wire mesh skeleton pipes suitable for conveying high-pressure water or other liquids.

We hold basic qualifications, including industrial product production licenses, sewage discharge permits, and business licenses, ensuring legal production and operation. We have also achieved ISO9001 quality management, ISO14001 environmental management, and ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certifications, and have been awarded multiple credit ratings, including "AAA-level Integrity Supplier" and "Quality-Oriented and Trustworthy Unit." These certifications are all issued by institutions with CNAS accreditation.
